both al-Hasan and al-Hussain (may Allah be pleased with them) (for their

Al-Hussain (may Allah be pleased with them) are the chiefs of the youth
of Paradise."

.
- "The Prophet (peace be upon him) put a garment over Al-Hasan,
Al-Hussain, Ali and Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with them), then he
said: 'O Allah, these are the people of my house and the close ones, so

(peace be upon him) used to seek Refuge with Allah for Al-Hasan and
Al-Hussain (may Allah be pleased with them) and say: "Your forefather
(i.e. Abraham) used to seek Refuge with Allah for Ishmael and Isaac
(peace be upon them) by reciting the following:
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّة

- Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): I was with
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) in one of the Markets of Medina.
He left (the market) and so did I. Then he asked thrice, "Where is the
small (child)?" Then he said, "Call Al-Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be
pleased with him)." So Al-Hasan bin Ali got up and started walking with a
necklace (of beads) around his neck. The Prophet (peace be upon him)
stretched his hand out like this, and Al-Hasan did the same. The Prophet
(peace be upon him) embraced him and said, "O Allah! l love him, so
please love him and love those who love him." Since Allah's Messenger
(peace be upon him) said that, nothing has been dearer to me than
Al-Hasan.

Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) raced the people and
then spread out his arms. The boy began to run this way and that and the
Prophet made him laugh until he caught hold of him. He put one of his
hands under his chin and the other on his head and then embraced him.
Then the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said,
'Hussain is from me and I am from Hussain. Allah loves anyone who loves

my distinguished descendants.'"

be pleased with him) while Al-Aqra' bin Habis at-Tamim was sitting

anyone of them," Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) cast a look at
him and said, "Whoever is not merciful to others will not be treated
mercifully."

not Ali (may Allah be pleased with him)", while Ali was smiling (at
this).
